Depending on where your order is shipping to, we will ship your
order either from our location in British Columbia or from our
location in Florida.
Shipments within Canada will be delivered with Canada Post.
Shipments within the United States will be delivered with either
United States Postal Services or DHL.
You will receive FREE SHIPPING if your order ships within
Canada or the United States and your order is $100.00 or more!
If your order is less than $100.00, you will be able to select
from the following Shipping options. The shipping rates at the
below are per order, regardless of how many items you order or
the total shipping weight.

SHIPPING:
If the item/s you have ordered are in stock, your order will be
shipped on the next business day after the payment
was received.
Each of our pottery or ceramic item is a unique art work which
means that the artist treats each individually, for that reason
you will see a slight variation or difference. That is expected
in the art of pottery. Therefore each item takes 1-2 wks from
the time your order is placed.
TAXES:
If your order ships to British Columbia you will be charged 5%
GST + 7% PST. If your order ships to any other Canadian province
you will be charged 5% GST or 13% HST.
We do not charge taxes for orders within the United States or
international orders.
INSURANCE:
We always use appropriate packaging materials and boxes for all
shipments to make sure you receive your items in perfect
condition. However, if you should receive a damaged item, please
contact us by email or by phone. We will either replace the
damaged item/s or issue a full refund, whatever you prefer.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of
receipt. All shipments are fully insured.
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with you purchase, please contact us within
7 days of receipt of your merchandise. You will be given
instructions on how to return your item/s. The returned products
have to be in their original condition and packaging. The
customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns. If you
had free shipping with your order and return any items you will
be charged the exact shipping amount we paid to ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If your order ships to somewhere else than Canada or the United
